One of our clients, Ready Education, is a higher-ed student engagement and campus experience platform used by universities to manage communication, student communities, events, and mobile campus apps. They are seeking a Delivery Manager to focus on operationalizing delivery and helping the engineering organization mature its release, ultimately moving from bi-weekly releases to daily deployments. Overview Delivery Manager role focused on improving delivery processes, coordinating multiple engineering stakeholders, and supporting a transition to more frequent deployments. Responsibilities Operationalize delivery and help the engineering organization mature its release processes. Support moving from bi-weekly releases to daily deployments. Required Technology and Skills 5+ years working within the SDLC — understanding of development workflows, CI/CD concepts, and release pipelines SaaS delivery experience — proven experience improving delivery processes or working directly for a SaaS company Delivery & process ownership — attention to detail, coordinating multiple engineering stakeholders, and managing many moving parts Strong communication skills — able to push back when necessary and comfortable negotiating between teams Experience using AI tools to improve productivity — building workflows, process documentation, and improving engineering efficiency Technology Environment Product types: SaaS platforms and mobile applications Stack: C#, React, .NET More than 40 employees across engineering, product, and AQ (Mostly Europe) Claude for development support and productivity Biweekly releases (currently) moving towards daily releases Compensation Salary Range: $130-140K base salary + 10% Bonus (Based on experience) Benefits and Perks Great benefits (health/dental/vision, etc.) and 401k plan 100% remote work environment Strong work-life balance Opportunity to have high impact on a small team with the chance to scale How to Apply If you are interested, please apply directly for immediate consideration or reach out to James Eppich at jeppich@talener.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
