Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Train, develop, and recruit volunteers to lead and participate in worship by using their gifts through audio, video, and lighting.
• Responsible for executing assigned AVL positions during Gatherings.
• Be primary staff oversight for production volunteers at our Fuse gatherings.
• Submit AVL tickets for broken gear or requesting new AVL gear.
• Assist in maintaining the Audio/Video/Lighting Equipment which includes cleanliness of all AVL spaces.
• Adhere to the Support Production policies and standards.
• Assist in Scheduling AVL positions, especially for Fuse Gatherings.
• Recruit, develop, and lead volunteers in skill and their walk with Jesus.
• Work alongside the Production Staff and Worship Leader to maintain a healthy team culture.
• Give and receive feedback to/from the Production Support Center team.
• Be a primary champion of prayer at the campus.
• Additional projects and/or assignments given by supervisor.

• This role is part time 25 hours per week.
• The schedule for this role is flexible depending on the week and needs, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs.
