Job Title GIS Analyst Job Summary Maintain, analyze, and visualize geospatial asset data for public infrastructure systems. Integrate GIS platforms with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools for real-time spatial tracking, mapping, and planning. Responsibilities Maintain and update geospatial databases (asset locations, utilities, right-of-way). Develop interactive map layers and dashboards. Integrate GIS outputs with EAM systems like Hexagon or Maximo. Perform spatial analysis to support asset lifecycle decisions. Generate GIS reports, shapefiles, and coordinate systems for field use. Qualifications B.A./B.S. in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years working with GIS platforms, preferably in public infrastructure. Skills: ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial joins, shapefile/database integration, GeoJSON, REST services.
