Job Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend coverage. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a
Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to:
- Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff.
- Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts.
- Develop and manage the therapy team's programs, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Required
- Master's Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred or
- Doctorate Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred
Work Experience - 3 years of professional experience as an OT or PT Required
- Previous therapy leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required or
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required and
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
