Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established structural steel and sign installation company seeking an experienced Structural Steel Welder / Installer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who enjoys hands-on field work, independent projects, and travel-based assignments.

Pay : $20-$40/hour (Up to $100,000 annually)
Location : Field-based with travel to Kansas, San Antonio, and Dallas

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on structural steel components
• Assist in the erection and installation of steel structures
• Complete prep work including measuring, cutting, grinding, and fitting materials
• Troubleshoot welding and structural installation issues in the field
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings/diagrams
• Install sign rails and supporting structural components
• Work independently on job sites with minimal supervision
• Operate company vehicle to travel between job locations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with MIG, Stick welding, and structural steel erection
• Ability to interpret blueprints and installation diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in field-based environments
• Must be able to travel regularly to Kansas, San Antonio, or Dallas
• Valid Driver's License required (company vehicle provided)
