Hello! We are a young family in Dayton, Ohio, seeking a nurturing and responsible nanny to join us as a live-out caregiver on a part-time basis. Our ideal candidate will have experience with both infants and toddlers, as we have a 5-month-old boy and 2.5-year-old girl. The primary responsibilities include engaging our toddler with age-appropriate activities, ensuring our newborn receives gentle care, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. We value a nanny who is patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about child development. The position offers an hourly rate of $16 (this is negotiable if your typical rate is higher), providing a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves working with children. We are looking for someone available to come one morning a week (day negotiable) and watch the kid on occasional evenings so mom and dad can get out for some time together. We don't have family in the area and I am home with both kids every day, so we are trying to build out a bit of a support system.
