Urology — Modesto, CA

THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Urologist to join a turnkey, high-volume practice within a major health system in California's Central Valley. You'll step into established demand — a full clinic, 3 da Vinci Xi robotic systems, and the tools you need from day one. The ER call is shared 1:5, the case mix is broad, and the practice infrastructure lets you focus on surgery and patient care instead of operations.

PRACTICE DETAILS
• Full-time employed position — Monday through Friday
• Designated clinic days and procedure days
• 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient balance
• ER call: 1:5 rotation across two hospitals
• Daily clinic volume: 20+ patients
• Joining a collaborative team of 1.5 physicians
• Three Xi da Vinci robots, Stryker tower, Olympus basic trays

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary range: $506,000 – $630,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• California medical license or eligibility to obtain
