What youll do:
Manage errands, orders, deliveries, and household logistics
Provide administrative support to the House Manager
Coordinate vendors, schedules, and service appointments
Assist with domestic & international travel planning and itineraries
Support operations across multiple residences
What were looking for:
13 years of experience in a PA, admin, or hospitality role
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Flexible, service-oriented mindset
