Responsibilities
Picking up materials required for projects (lumber, pavers, construction materials, bulk items, etc.) and assisting in tracking inventory items.
Attending weekly Project Management/Scheduling meetings.
Training/Orientation/On-Boarding of new team members
Assisting Senior Project Manager with daily instruction and inspection of job sites to ensure Aspen's standards are met.
Work closely with Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager
Hands on training
Qualifications
Valid Drivers License.
Ability to read a scaled landscape/construction plan.
Able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
A degree in Construction Management preferred.
