Investment & Venture Associate (Class of 2026 – Entry Level) Full-Time | In-Office Required Location: 3000 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, California Silicon Valley Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 Base + housing support For 2026 Graduates Ready to Start on Sand Hill Road Trademarkia Venture Partners is hiring a new college graduate (Class of 2026) from a top U.S. business school who wants to build a long-term career in: Private Equity Investment Banking Venture Capital Growth Equity But instead of starting in a large institution, you want to begin your career inside a venture-backed growth platform — helping raise capital in real time from Silicon Valley. This is a full-time, in-office role at 3000 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park CA the center of global venture capital. We are looking specifically for students graduating this year who are ready to begin immediately after graduation. This Is Not a Passive Entry-Level Role We are not looking for someone to sit quietly and “learn for a year.” We are looking for a: Highly proactive operator Natural networker Relationship builder Person who can hit the ground running You must be comfortable introducing yourself to investors, following up relentlessly, building bridges, and proactively supporting capital-raising efforts. What You’ll Actually Be Doing As an Investment & Venture Associate, you will: Build and manage investor outreach pipelines Create investor materials and financial models Research funds and develop strategic introductions Attend Sand Hill Road networking events Support positioning of our AI-driven IP valuation platform Help attract venture-backed companies as clients Represent the firm professionally in high-level settings You will be expected to network extensively and proactively. We have never raised venture capital in more than 17 years, and we are the largest competitor to LegalZoom. Our growth rate has been traditionally been slower than what is normally a company that raises VC. But with AI, we are on a very diffeenr economic trajectory and horizon. One of our goals now is to raise venture capital for Trademarkia itself, as well as for the spinout ventures we are building: These platforms represent the next chapter of our evolution. This expansion signals something deeper: We are transforming into an engineering-first, AI-first law firm Through Trademarkia Venture Partners, we are: Raising capital for platform expansion Launching spin-out ventures Developing “Bill & Patent Worth,” an IP valuation and analytics initiative Positioning intellectual property as a financial asset class This gives you exposure to both venture capital fundraising and startup-side capital formation. Compensation & Housing Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on candidate strength) Housing Support: $20,000–$30,000 annual value to enable living in the Bay Area Full-time, in-person at 3000 Sand Hill Road We provide housing support specifically to allow ambitious graduates to live and work in Silicon Valley while building their network. Who Should Apply (Class of 2026 Only) You must: Be graduating in 2026 from a top U.S. university (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar) Have strong academic performance Demonstrate leadership or entrepreneurial initiative Be polished, articulate, and highly professional Have strong financial modeling fundamentals Be ambitious about a long-term career in PE, IB, or VC Most importantly: You must be someone who takes initiative without being told. Relocation and Housing Support We recognize that the cost of living in Silicon Valley is significantly higher than in Arizona and many other markets. To reduce the financial barrier to relocating, we offer optional shared corporate housing in Mountain View for up to one year. This includes: A private bedroom. Shared bathroom accommodations Housing located in our corporate building Immediate proximity to the office This arrangement allows new new hires to transition to the Bay Area without the upfront burden of securing and furnishing an apartment in one of the most expensive rental markets in the country. New hires are free to obtain their own housing at any time. The corporate housing option is designed to provide flexibility and reduce relocation risk while you establish yourself in the firm and the region. We will attract a new generation of legal and technical talent who understand that AI is not a threat to legal practice - it is an amplifier of it. We will have fewer people doing repetitive process work and more people operating at a higher level of strategic and technical skill. Our headcount will grow, but the composition will change. Engineers, AI specialists, and technically sophisticated attorneys will play a larger role in how we serve clients. The past year forced us to confront change directly.
