Position Overview

 An Immigration Legal Assistant is needed to support attorneys with complex, high-value immigration cases. This position requires hands-on experience in business immigration processes and the ability to manage active casework with minimal supervision. The role offers strong growth potential within a fast-paced legal environment.

• Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 based on experience
• Performance-based bonus incentives
• Health insurance is provided after 90 days
• Annual rewards for top performers, including additional paid vacation
• 2 weeks of paid time off

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, primarily on-site
• Hybrid flexibility may be considered after training

• Manage deadlines and maintain communication with clients on active cases
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
• Assist with RFEs, consular processing, and adjustment of status cases
• Review corporate and financial documents to support filings

• Direct experience in business immigration as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Familiarity with visa categories such as E-2 is required
• Familiar with  EB-5, L-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, and PERM applications preferred
• Experience with USCIS filings and documentation requirements
• Background in an immigration or business law setting
• Able to handle 50 case files or more at the same time
• 40 minutes or less of a commute

• Involves complex, detail-oriented casework
• Requires the ability to contribute immediately with minimal training
• Plays a key role in supporting attorneys and ensuring case accuracy and timeliness
