What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by phone with account questions, online banking support, debit card assistance, and general account services.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with balance inquiries, transaction history, transfers, and account questions
• Help customers with debit card requests, replacements, and general card support
• Support online and mobile banking access, password resets, and troubleshooting
• Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Maintain a positive customer experience in a high-volume call environment
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
